I love adventure. I derive happiness from working on mission-driven projects with organizations & people I respect. I believe in the transformative power of the outdoors, and I love what I do.
"Eventually everything connects - people, ideas, objects. The quality of the connections is the key to quality per se."
Brook Hopper Consulting was born from the idea that businesses can create solutions to many of the social problems that exist today. I spent the last 10 years working for The North Face, launching innovative programs and initiatives that addressed the decline of people getting outdoors, and the issue of less people having meaningful connections to their natural world. Through these endeavors I had the opportunity to work closely with organizations from the business, nonprofit, and government sectors, as well as launch and oversee a grant program that to date has given over $1 million dollars to small nonprofits that are working to connect youth to the outdoors.
After the birth of my daughter in March of 2013, the importance of this work was magnified as I began to see the world through a new set of eyes. Now based in Ventura, California, I have turned my passion into my purpose as I work with all types of organizations on mission driven projects in the business world & the nonprofit sector that make the world a better place.
